Prototyping a best in class mobile bank experience

The problemSantander Consumer Bank wanted an app that had the necessary and expected features for their customers. However, the user experience needed to be second to none as this was a key differentiator for Santander in the financial market.

The solutionNodes mapped out the most key features of the app, then focused on creating the best and most slick mobile banking experience possible. Based on an innovation sprint, a prototype was built to visualise the user flows, animations and transitions.

The result: The prototype was presented to internal key stakeholders to get the go ahead on the development of the mobile banking app project.
