Prototyping a best in class mobile bank experience
The problem: Santander Consumer Bank wanted an app that had the necessary and expected features for their customers. However, the user experience needed to be second to none as this was a key differentiator for Santander in the financial market.
The solution: Nodes mapped out the most key features of the app, then focused on creating the best and most slick mobile banking experience possible. Based on an innovation sprint, a prototype was built to visualise the user flows, animations and transitions.
The result: The prototype was presented to internal key stakeholders to get the go ahead on the development of the mobile banking app project.
